Service Plans

To keep your PC or Mac running at peak performance requires routine mantainence, which will keep it running like new.  Now its easier to protect your equipment with ongoing service from Dynamic Solutions.  Our yearly service plans give you piece of mind and saves you money.

We have three different types of plans to choose from, and all of our service plans come with these benefits:

Premier Support:

At our Premier Level you will receive up to 5 hours of on-site support a month, which will be performed by a dedicated technician assigned to you, who will handle all of your support issues.  You also receive 30 min of remote support a month.
This package costs $300 per month, or $3,300 annually.  This plan saves you $10 per hour, a total of $600 in saving a year.


Gold Support

At our Gold level you will receive up to 8 hours of on-site support a month, which will be performed by one of our dedicated technicians assigned to you, who will handle all of your support issues.  You will also receive up to 1 hour of remote support a month.
This package costs $450 per month, or $5,100 annually.  With this plan you save over $1800 per year.


Platnium Support

At our Platnium Level you will receive up to 12 hours of on-site support a month, which will be performed by one of our dedicsted technicians assigned to you, who will handle all of your support issues.  You will receive up to 2 hours of remote support a month.
This package costs $675 per month, or $7,800 annually.  With this plan you will save over $3,000

 

* All of our plans must be paid in full on the first (1st) or every month, if payment has not been received by the fifth (5th) of that month, you will be assessed a $100 late fee every month your payment is not received on top of your plans monthly cost..
** Unused hours cannot carry over from month to month, and you cannot be reimbursed for any unused hours of service.  You can cancel your service contract at anytime, however if you are paying month to month, your service will end on the last day of the moth you cancelled.  If you have an annual contract with us, you will be issued a pro-rated amount back for the unused portion of your plan.
